Company Status & Operator
DIE KebApp is currently operated by Gbocho Alexandre David as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) in Germany.
The establishment of a partnership under the Civil Code (Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts – GbR) is currently in process with the registration authorities. Once the official registration and administrative formalities have been completed by the authorities, Ahmed Abdelhamid Youns Zeid will join Gbocho Alexandre David as a partner in the GbR, which will then assume the role of legal operator of DIE KebApp.
This sole-proprietorship structure is temporary. Until that administrative transition is fully complete, the legal operator of DIE KebApp remains Gbocho Alexandre David.
